With almost a decade in the sport and a large variety of races done, from 400m to 8 hours, from very obstacle dense to more running-focused, I can help prepare and train you for any challenge you wish! Whether you are just new to the sport, looking to get on the age-group podium, or even athletes racing in the elite category. Any level, any goal.

1-on-1

Training plans made specifically for you. Everyone is different, and no day or week goes exactly as planned. By working just 1-on-1, personal attention is given to your needs and availabilities, rather than those of a big group. With regular personal feedback on trainings to keep you motivated and on track.

training philosophy

Throughout the years Stijn has developed his own philosophy of training for OCR, building on proven training methods from other endurance sports and adapting those to the unique needs of our sport. Stijn is a big fan of cross-training (especially on the bike) and doing OCR specific intervals.

Tailor-made

Training around a job, family, and many other things is a challenge. Fixed schedules with workouts are not realistic when it comes to training consistently. Having a plan made to your level and total weekly activities is key to keeping training enjoyable and reaching long-term goals.
